BOOKING
Bookings can be made easily via my online booking system, or if you prefer, you’re welcome to arrange your appointment by phone or email.

Please note that all treatments require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure your comfort and safety.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable fee is required:

£25 for lash appointments

£50 for PMU appointments

50% deposit for training courses

Booking fees must be received within 48 hours to confirm your appointment or course.
Unpaid bookings will be released.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 20 minutes late or more, your booking will be treated as a no-show, as there will no longer be sufficient time to complete your treatment. In this case, full payment will be required before rebooking.

Cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of your lash or brow appointment will also require full payment before future bookings can be made.

If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours, your non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to secure another appointment.
​
For lash training courses, cancellations or reschedules made within 7 days may not be accommodated and your booking fee will be forfeited.
